Today’s post is something very different for which I am super duper excited because I have accepted a fun fitness challenge called “GetActivChallenge” from an amazing brand called PrettySecrets. It’s a lingerie brand & they have recently launched their new activewear collection called PSACTIVE which is again super comfy, colorful & cool outfit. I loved the fabric which is Airtex, it’s so breathable & light honestly I don’t feel actually I am wearing something. It is very important to wear right kind outfit when you are working out.
Alright, so the challenge is to burn 100 calories in 3 min & trust me it’s actually a challenge because to burn that many calories you need to work really hard. But I am so up for it & will see how many calories I burnt. So, what’s I have planned to do is a combination of
Leg Switch Punches – (30 seconds)
Semi Squats – (40 Seconds)
Squats with Broad jump followed by football Run – (6 sets)
Ginga | Capoeira Mobility Drill – (30 Seconds)
Semi Squats with Cross Punches – (20 Seconds)
Plank Jacks – (20 Seconds)
